1. First of all you have to go to Aadhaar website or this link uidai.gov.in .

2. Here, below Aadhaar Services, you will find the option of Aadhaar Authentication History, click on it.
3. Here you have to enter the Aadhaar number and the visible security code and click on Send OTP.
4. After this, an OTP will come for verification on the registered mobile number linked to Aadhaar, enter this OTP and click on Submit.

5. After this you will have to fill all the requested information including authentication type and date range and OTP. (Note- You can view data up to 6 months.)
6. As soon as you click on Verify OTP, a list will appear in front of you, which will contain information about when and where Aadhaar was used in the last 6 months.
